Its worth checking which data is held for the area you are interested in. Many counties only have burials - although of course they are fantastically useful! Anne

Also to people who were already aware of the site, bare in mind they are constantly updating. I recently found lots of records for ancestors that were not there when I first searched six months back.

MO - I'm definitely going to use it for baptisms, banns, burials etc. I have already found quite a few entries that I'm interested in. I need a quiet couple of hours to myself to search and view the results! I recommend this site to others - it's free to register and search, so you can see if there is anything of interest for you.
