thanks alot to everyone for the census , the main reason I wanted to check this was I had George and Fanny as the parents of my Harriett but when I found a lady on this site with a Harriet and a George father but not Fanny as his wife. I thought ok maybe Fanny was Harriett's mother but she may have died and he may have married someone else as the Harriets were born in the same town and the same year too and in this ladies tree there are all the same names that have come down through the generations in mine too seems to be too much the same just to be a coincidence I will just keep looking and try and find if we have a connection or not, thank you all again for your help with this Lara in OZ |

My have my great grandmother's father George Rowley marrying Fanny Gidler in Manchester around 1820/25 if someone can check this for me I lost my whole hard drive about 6 weeks ago and some records I have lost as nothing could be saved from it (there's a lesson I know in this ) Iam really anxious to find out too if some could find them in the 1841 census to confirm she is still his wife and if they have any family living with them I will be very grateful kind regards Lara in Oz |
