ireland help -districts and unions

I think I need some help! I am stuck in front of the computer for a few weeks as I recover from a hysterectomy - so I decided to look at some Ireland genealogy. And came across a problem! My ancestors were born in Johnstown and New Street in Waterford City, Waterford. As there was an exact address I did not think there would be a problem. But I need the District and Union that this falls under. I have no idea how to find this and would greatly appreciate some advice on how to find this out. Many thanks, Sinead
