My husbands grandmother was Sarah Ann Clocksley according to her 1904 marriage in Leeds. She was Sarah Ann Clockley according to the 1901 census, and sarah Ann Cloghley according to the 1891 census. All the records are correct and i know its not unusual for names to be misspelt and change over birth / marriage certificates ect, but, i can find no trace of any of these names apart from Cloghley which is still uncommon, but does exist in county Armagh, Ireland, in particular...which is where Sarah Ann was born (my husband remembers her well as he was in his 20's when she died and she would always talk about going back there some day) Does anyone know of these surnames or have them in thier tree, or does anyone have the means to check BMD's fromnorthern ireland, Sarah Ann was born c1884, her father was called James Clocksley / Clockley / Cloghley.
