How long did you wait for certs

Hi ordered 5 certs on the 10th July and recieved them on the 14thJuly and there was a postal strike , pat on the back GRO, never had them that quick before have you. June x

3 - 4 weeks everytime, even long before postal strike, the post to our area of London is diabolical, there are always post problems. I did wait 6 weeks for one and raised a query with the GRO for non-receipt.

August ? Still waiting for one of mine 4 weeks on, mind you i order 4 at the same time.four came withing 2 wks but one was wrong one. S o sent it back and now 2 weeks later still waiting, :( . I have found ordering by post are quicker than on-line , does anyone else ? Tina

I too have used Lancashire records office before, and always had certs back by return of post, completley agree, an excellent service. Nicky

Furniss/Furness in Lancashire,Critchett in Devon and London, Keemish/Camish/ Kemish from Hampshire then Cambridge, Copper and Godden in Kent, Spink/Spynk in Norfolk and Cambridge
