Marriage Cert?

Need to get a couple of marriage certs but not in uk at the moment. Where do I get them and can I have them sent over the net

You need the GRO ref and you can then order online. They will be sent by snail mail tho. Shirley

They definitely wont scan & email. The certs cost £7 for dispatch to the UK but a bit more for outside the UK If you go to http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/ then all the info is there for ordering you do need that GRO ref tho, and tick the box on the first page of the order that the GRO is known Shirley

Another thought if these certs are for within the last 50 years you do need to know all parties names etc due to identity fraud precautions Shirley
