Do you have certs from Ashby De La Zouch district?

If you do would you be able to look and see if the registrar was John Davenport or Thomas Davenport? Thanks

I can't help myself, but you need to give a timescale for the certificate you've got, or when you think Davenport was registrar. Kath. x

my cert is for 1884, and the registrar was jacob newbury vicky

Thank you everyone John Davenport anytime before 1881 and Thomas Davenport any time before 1906 (he was dismissed after 60 years service) Elaine, do you know what the sub registration district was given as? Thanks Tom
