Hi could some one tell me how to get a death cert for an English seaman, who died in Argentina on Typhoid fever in 1905 please? John |

Have you tried here? http://homepage.ntlworld*com/jnth/ (replace asterisk with dot) Not sure if it goes up to 1905, though. That site would apply if he actually settled there, but if he was just passing through, you'd need to look at the overseas BMDs on http://www.findmypast*com or http://www.familyrelatives*com. |

He set sail/steam in 1904 from Sunderland and died January 1905. Thanks will try those. John |

Thank you Mary I have just checked the Family history site. On the GRO MARINE DEATH INDICES. there he was in 1905 page 33. same vessel. Thanks again. John |
