I think you will find that Eaton is next to Windsor in Berkshire

.....and usually spelled Eton Eaton is in Cheshire. Eaton Socon in Cambs Eaton Constantine in shrops Eaton Bray in Bedfordshire Eaton Bishop Herefordshire

If you Google, theres a Eaton Mill Primary school. Maybe theres some history there? Depends what year your looking at....1700?1800?1900? Gerri x

Eton used to be in Buckinghamshire in Victorian times. Now it's in Berkshire.

Eton didnt move, the county boundary line did

There was a major reshuffle of county boundaries in 1974, and I expect that is when Eton moved counties! OC
