Be just a litle bit careful and a pdf page has a search facility (it is about half as obvious as a normal search!) Use the pdf search and it will take you to the very spot you want. Depending on your version of reader you can open a second panel and all the search occurances will be listed. Clive

I can no longer view articles with keywords highlighted. I have to view a pdf of the whole page instead and read through the whole lot to find anything. It must be my settings but I can't figure it out.

I have been accessing The Times through the Bedfordshire Virtual Library for a couple of years. Now for some reason the web page won't come up and it says.................... Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi-bin/vlib.sh. Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused Any ideas....Linda

Hi Linda Have just tried going through the Bedfordshire Link page through the Library that takes you to the Times Archive, but their server at the moment seems to be down, so maybe that's the problem. Linda
