See below I hope it useful to someone else out there, I've found a few baptism and marriage records to knock down a few brick walls. Regards Karen

Someone on the Liverpool & South West Lancs Genealogy forum kindly gave me this link and it's been a godsend. It has some parish records for a few St. Helens churches to download. (http://www*sthelens-connect*net/forums/index*php?showforum=244) or google 'St. Helens Connect' and scroll down to the Local and Family History section, then click onto the Downloads subforum.
