Hello, I was wondering is it possible to search the 1901 by street name to get the names of the people who lived there? I am trying to find out who lived in the house my Dad and Grandad lived in in the 1920-1940s to see if the house was always in the family. Hope that doesn't sound too confusing. Gail

Searchable by address on National Archives but cost about 75p. The long way is to trawl through the enumerator districts on Ancestry to find the address Maureen

Depending on where it is, it can be quite easy. Can you post the address? Jim

Hey thanks, Salisbury Ave in Langdon Hills Essex. All of the homes had names not numbers apparently.
