Looked at the marriages of Manley names in Westminster and found a Thomas Christian Manley marrying Amelia Blackmun or man in St. Martin on 17 Jun 1832, he born about 1811. Looks like one of yours. John & Susan Paxton or Parton are witnesses. Looking at witnesses on others didn't help. He is, I found his baptism in St. Martin with parents as John & Louisa |

The images available on Ancestry for marriage go from 1800-1834 with some years missing and the baptisms from 1813-1835 and 1848-1856. |
