Its always possible that her mum had been married more than once so Emily's maiden name may not have been Budd, |

I have found my great grandfather (grandmother's father) James Phillips in the 1911 census living with his wife Emily and mother -in-law Annie Budd, and son James aged 10 mths old in Manchester. |
