	Dee - go to ancestry, click on help top right, then put download enhanced viewer in keyword search and, hopefully, you will see instructions how to do it.

	Hi Joy, still having trouble with it. I wouldn't say I'm a PC idiot but I'm really stuck.......... Think my teenagers will have to sort it tomorrow after school for me. See they do have their uses!! Dee x
