where can i get first world war army record

hi i have been on ancestry and see a army record were do i have to write to to get his full record as he was discharge for misconduct in 1914 |

John they have been scanned in to Ancestry , give me a name and I'll have a look otherwise I think it would be from The National Archives at Kew |
