Just checked, the ones without a named relation are pm's from on these boards. I mentioned this before on a thread, but I think everyone thought I was bonkers! |

It looks rather like a fault to me. I suppose there is an issue what to put in the box if there are many messages to and from the member concerned, each with a different title. Do you put the first one or the last one?, for example. |

You are right InspectorGreenPen - and have sent two more messages. Reply to first was that the subject line (if contact made via Hot Matches) could have been left blank. I tested this my making a contact via HM but certain to fill in subject line - it did not work. Have pointed this out to GR support team and also ask them to list ways they think it WILL work - still waiting for reply. |
