I have found my g.grandmother Ann Banks (nee Hirst) 1854, Cleckheaton, father John (wed.cert), looking at the 1841,1851 census, her sister Martha married Robert Leeming(1871) , although I haven't been able to follow things up since then (re the Hirst & Leeming families) everything seems to point to it being her, untill I looked her up on Family Search, and came up with Ann Hirst 1854, Back Lane, Cleckheaton married a Lionel Binns. there are 2 more entries for Ann & Lionel which read Ann Hirst 1854, Robertstown, is it possible for them to make such an error? |

Is this the one you are talking about...because if you read below all the info,,,,it is only submitted record which could have errors.... |

These are submitted entries, which means they have not been checked by anyone. They could be wildly inaccurate. |

I had a similar problem. GG grandmother was listed on familysearch as Mary Boulet Evans, apparently 31 when she married my GG grandfather, who was 21. |

Thanks. I hadn't read the bit below, and didn't realise how inaccurate it could be! Pauline |

Well spotted SatNav - Cleckheaton was in the Bradford district then. So the submitters to Family Search were not wrong. |
