I have noticed that a number of people have 2 or more threads about the same family and have been told to put them all on the one thread. I know that you are only allowed 1 thread per family. How do they do this without deleting the information. I am computer illiterate! |

If there is info on one thread only, you can delete the "spare" one by clicking "delete" on the original message. |

The other alternative is not to delete but to copy and paste the link to the other thread and vice versa. |
