Could someone help with my problem. I have a father and son William Smith. i'm not sure where they were born. I have jr marriage certifitcate he was married 1912 , on church records would it state where jr was born. |

No, it wouldn't give his birth place. Where did the marriage take place and how old did he say he was on the certificate? What was the father's occupation? Who were the witnesses? All of these details would help you to find the right William on the census. It's not going to be easy with a name like William Smith!! |

i've asked for help on the 1911 census but it came to nothing because they wasn't in the area!!! |
