You need to seek me here and there then Josie!

Just going to open a can.....don't tell me....FBG is demonstrating the tango to Evelyn.....oooooh watch your back

that did it

flat on the floor she is, laughing her head off.

Now, swag bag? Nope...lost me. Hummmmm....

Reece, thank you for the compliment - they're very welcome at my age believe me!

How about we 'fess up at about 8.45. UK time???

Wonder where our Sylvia is? Not like her to miss a party...not to worry, plenty of food to go round [says she wiping chocolate from her chin]

Anne, go easy there girl.

Robert, are you okay in there??

Kiwibird Report 29 May 2010 20:06

Fanny nice to meet you , I have not had the pleasure before though have seen your handy work around the boards. Unfortunately your Welsh Jones has got me stumped.

Another clue for those who think they know who I am I loved Gardening especially Roses.

Reece

Reece Report 29 May 2010 20:04

Oh! Viv - those Jones's - you just can't' keep up with them! I can't anyway.

Lovely to see you all and Viv, where have you been. I was getting rather worried.

Lovely food, what a gorgeous chocolate cake Anne - do you mean you have had a few of the cakes or weddings in the office? No don't answer just my little joke.

Cynthia hope you're enjoying this get together with us - it is lovely isn't it?

Robert sorry I missed you but the taxi wouldn't wait! Glad you made it though. I'm sure that Frank is having to MC his grandaughter's baby shower and pour the drinks for all the relatives.

Speaking of drinks - yes a small champers please Ann.

Now, Susan, did your character leave his second best bed to his wife when he made his Will? And is that possibly his first name?

I'm out of practice I know but shall we dance?

Hope we don't get whooshd (is that a word?) no probably just an action.

Happy birthday, Cynthia - you look so young.

Love and best wishes,

R

Good Morning or in your cases Good evening everyone

sounds like would not know the difference anyway

between the Lamingtons and the wine that seems to have been consumed.

I have worked out who you are Evelyn, Anne and Sue but
Jeanie you seem to have gone to the dogs!!!!! still trying to work out whether you have come as a dog or have brought dogs with you.

Enjoying your music have brought along some Mancini to go with the mantovani.

Ahh ! is that one last Lamington that has escaped your grasp ladies
Del.......... icious as I stuff my mouth,

Tabitha

Tabitha Report 29 May 2010 19:41

Evelyn - its not just water you have there - its a special blend - won't tell you whats in it - but it will have you & Robert dancing the night away

Can't beleive Frank has deserted us

Nice to have you back with us FBG - We have plenty of dog food here thanks to Jeanie. Also loads of food for the human variety as well.

See the fruit platter is getting empty - must make up some more - anyone want the chocolate fountain on - to go with the fruit or do you want the champers yet to dunk the strawberries in .

Hope you like the cake Cynthia - a speciality of Brighton - curtesy of Choccywoccydoodah - wasn't sure if you liked Milk/plain/or
white so got a mix of all 3 with Marshmallows - check out the website -
http://www.choccywoccydoodah.com/#intro added a few butterflies for you - you should take a look at the wedding cake options on the website. We have had a few of these in the office.

Will wonder off to get the fruit sorted & open a botle or two for you.

Last clue - everyone should get this now

She was Queen of one land & Empress of another

Well! I never knew that you were older than me FBG!!

Wales.....Jones.....myths.......groan.

Hope everything is ok with Jeanie and her OH - better save a seat for her Sue.

Are you still seeking me???

FannyByGaslight

FannyByGaslight Report 29 May 2010 19:10

I was born about 1530, illegitimately to a woman called Miss Jones in Wales,I lived and died in Wales.
Many myths abound about me.

Dozey Report 29 May 2010 19:02

Damnation - this extra digit keeps getting in the way and what I'm trying to put keeps coming out wrong.

Sorry I'm not being the life and soul of the party but I've something on my mind. Think my OH has a roving eye. Caught him looking rather fondly at a young lady. I'll try not to lose my head and do something rash but it is rather worrying. Think I'm going to have to slip away for a while to see what I can see. Back in a couple of hours I hope.

Cynthia please dont let everyone know that I am only drinking water

Evelyn

Evelyn Report 29 May 2010 18:47

Oh heck Robert you have cracked your shell, we must quickly do a repair job on that. It is lovely to see you here and I hope you enjoy yourself but please dont eat too many Lamingtons.
I knew you would all get my hero but I admire him so much I dont mind being found out, I found Reeces very easy, it was the fruit that did it.
My Grandad Roy told me his father was called Robert and I thought he said he was an upholsterer but as I am a bit long in the tooth I could well have got that wrong.
Now please can I take Ishbel and Bethany for a walk, I must work off some of these calories.
When I come back from walkies can we put James Last on and do some graceful waltzes?
Bye for now

Just called back in - hope I haven't caught the plague whilst I have been out. You never know who you travel with do you?

Robert, welcome - I hope the chair I have chosen for you is comfortable.

Well, the music is going and I can see Evelyn having a little 'bop' over there next to the food table.....she's eating and dancing....some woman!

Anne, I think Reece could do with a top up please.

Must get some more bottles in - will bring you yours in a tic Robert.

Sorry, Folks,

Got lost in Oxford Road Station, found myself in a tram car and finished up in Bury.
Tram cars in a Railway Station? Strange people those Mancunians/Lancastrians!!!

Tabitha Report 29 May 2010 18:02

Ok - whats happened to the party?

I nip off to the quiet room for a snooze while Cynthia is out & we have a fight going on.

Break it up girls

Evelyn - stop sneaking Lamintons - we have loads of food waiting to be cooked & eaten - Josie have you surfaced again yet or have you joined Robert & found yourself a shell to hide in.

Cynthia - load up the CD & lets get this party going - the rain has stopped and we can party.

Reece - whats your poison?

Susan - I know who you are I bet I know a book you have just been reading & very good it was too.

Ok - lets get going

Dozey

Dozey Report 29 May 2010 17:59

I'm absolutely 100% sure I know Kiwibird, Tabitha and Reece's alter egos. Think I've got one other but not absolutely sure. YOU have got me absolutely stumped.

Have I told you about my daughter? I think she and her red hair are destined for great things.

Jeanie

Such a drama queen isn't she?? But she's good at what she does (whatever that maybe). I will make sure that she gets the dog food delivered to her and a few goodies thrown in for good measure.

I think I have sussed Evelyn, Sue and Anne - nearly got Josie but need to check - Reece???? mmmm thinking. Meanwhile,
I will wave my lacy cuffs at you and depart for a while.

You're here at last Viv
:-*

Good to see you. Do not forget to leave a clue please when you're finished seeing to the animals. Great success on the Briaris front thank goodness. Now in contact by direct e-mail with two real people who were born with the name. I told them of one they had missed and they told me of one I had. Sent family photos which were very well received. Their great great grandfather was my grandfather's elder brother. Absolutely wonderful.

Jeanie

Edit: Will not PM again - I promise.
