Just had a thought - you might mean Victoria, Australia or Victoria, Canada. If so, they're a very different kettle of fish and you need to make your request very clear, and put it in your title. |

I'm presuming you mean England. If you're looking for births, deaths & marriages then registration started in the latter half of 1837 and the best website for that is freebmd.org.uk. All the Victorian era is transcribed as much as possible. |
