	Don't know if anybody else has posted this, but have just noticed that familysearch Record Search Pilot now has baptisms, marriages and deaths for Ireland and the Isle of Man, some going back to 1600s; http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=allCollections&r=1
