An appeal was made to outcome of the courts findings,this happens in a lower courts decision...and logs a Petition, Petitioner same thing as Appellant. |

the original petition for divorce cant be altered ,he named a co respondent but the judge decided that he didnt need to bring him into it . maybe she admitted adultery so no further info was needed , the actual divorce papers will give the full story ,if they still exist |

I think it just means that the Justice decided that the co-respondant didn't need to be involved in the court case. |

probably was asking for divorce on the grounds of her adultery , the co respondent would be the person he named as the party she allegedly committed adultery with |

It sounds as if he filed for divorce because of his wife's adultery. The co-respondant is the other man she was seeing. |
