If its your tree that isn't displaying correctly try the relevant section in the help section. A section from this is pasted below but its probably worth looking through it yourself |

I don't think that will help you on this occasion. That solution is more to do with resolving problems when your tree fails to load because your browser is not set up quite correctly, or has run out of space in its cache. |

No I don't think it is likely you will loose any data, but it sounds as though your PC isn't too well. |
