Thankyou DET, the name was her birth registered name, it was war time and I think my mother kept her for quite some time i.e months, until her husband came home on leave and she was made to make a decision, him or the baby!! I don't know if it was a legal adoption. |

can anyone help I am looking for my mothers adopted baby, she was registered as maureen Francis Martin 1944 in birkenhead cheshire, thanks in anticipation. |
