One of my (trollope-y) gr gr grandmothers took out Banns with her second husband in June 1868, had a baby in Mar 1869 and another child in 1871, finally married in 1872. |

It looks like the correct couple. Does the father's name tie in with what you know? I have no idea why they waited so long it coud have been the death of a parent or any hundred other family emergencies that occur. |

I have found the marriage banns for my 2x great grandparents. They were read at All Saints Poplar on 12/19/26 May 1861, BUT, they did not marry until 29th September 1875 at Saint John, Limehouse Fields. |
