Hi, I wonder if anyone can explain how a child born under one name can have another birth record made after possible adoption in their new name. |

Thanks very much, that is sort of what I expected. I am trying to track down a half sister for a friend who's mother left her when she was four years old. The mother had two further children with a new partner then when she remarried changed their names. I would just love to reunite the siblings again. Best wishes Ian |
