About 6 miles away from Devil's Punchbowl (Hindhead, Surrey) was an orphanage called Pilgrims Wood. It's now a nursing home. You could try searching that. |

My grandmother was put into an orphanage following the death of her mother in 1918. The only information I have is that the orphanage was run by nun's and was located near the Devil's Punchbowl in Wiltshire?? |
