I have a a birth of Jonathon Wall 1775 born in Wedmore, Somerset.. His marriage is given as February 1789 in Wedmore. This makes him 14 years pof age at marriage. Is this possible? |

I believe, at that time boys could marry at age 14, girls at 12. |
