I have checked 1881 census which shows her living with aunt and uncle, the IGI returns nothing looks like I'll have to buy the marriage certificate. |

Have you found the family in the 1881 census? if so you could use mothers or fathers Christian name as reference check. |

I have searched for birth info on my Paternal GGMother, only to find that there are two people with the same name born in the same year (I know it was 1876 but not the month). One birth is registered in West Brom the other in Dudley, for those who don't know they are adjacent to each other. When applying for her certificate which one should I chose? |
