Well I will be back to the library to get some more of his books, I have about 2 chapters left in this one and I do not want to finish it! My OH thought I had lost the plot last night as he could hear me having hysterics in the other room I truly have not enjoyed a book so much for years. |

I got this one a while ago, but often wondered if anyone else had read it as well! It is a brilliant book - I always liked the bit about his dad being too tight with his money to take them to nice hotels and restaurants. |

Went to the library a couple of days ago, after taking a while to choose a book was running out of time so picked a second rather quickly by Bill Bryson the travel writer , but this book is a memoir. I have to say I have never laughed so much whilst reading for years........so if you want a good laugh and like 50's America then this one is for you. |
