Thankyou both very much for the speedy replies. Saw yours first Glitter Baby so just tried it and of course there it was! As I suspected - blindingly obvious except to the blindingly stupid! Will try your way too Kath and see which seems easiest |

I am helping a friend research the history of her house and want to use the censuses on Ancestry. Obviously I have to access them by address rather than names and although I have done this in the past I just can't remember how. I've looked at the various threads on this topic on here, but they all say to go to the census page and scroll down to county, town etc. I'm sure I'm being dense here, as I can't seem to find a 'Census Page' as such, and going onto any of the dated census pages just gives the Search box, with nothing below it. |
