St John's Anglican Church, Egglescliffe, now part of Stockton-on-Tees but formerly part of Co Durham, is having an open weekend on 26th / 27th September so people can see what has been done to the building. As part of that the old parish registers that are kept in the Church will be available to inspect. No prior appointment needed so if you're in the area and have interests in that parish it might be an ideal opportunity to look. |
