On the flip side - I had no problems. It loaded easily and I'm not terribly computer literate and I manage to navigate my way round it easily. I've attached census returns, photos and scanned newspaper articles and attached them to the profiles of my family. |

Try twr computing, they are always very reasonable and helpful. |

The actual tree program is the same, irrespective of whether you order the standard, deluxe, premium, super deluxe or whatever, so don't be conned into thinking you are getting additional functionality, you are not. |
