Hi Lesley,thanks for quick reply,yes l did try the IOM no luck,l was told by one of his grandchildren in Australia, that it was a london camp,l know Alexandra palace,was one and The German Hospital was another,but that is only hearsay.. l will just have to plod on thank you anyway,regards Bette. |

l found out that my grandad-in-law who was german,was in a London internment camp,during the 1stWW,although he married an english wife and had several children/8 at the time/does anyone know where l can find a list of them?would be thankful for any advice,thank you Bettem |
