I have just downloaded the forms to apply for the medals and it would seem that I have to ask my brother to sign the form. He 's not the slightest bit interested in Family History! |

I am trying to find out where I could apply for my late father's medals. He was in the RAF until 1944/5 and then the Army. When he was in the Army he spent over a year abroad in the Far East. He did not want his medals but I would like to send for them as he now has great grandchildren. Another question: do they send the actual medal(s) or just a card? I'm sorry, I'm quite ignorant of Military History! |
