Hi, Im wondering if someone could help and give me some advice. I signed up to ancestry on 22 July 2009 and decided to choose the monthly premium membership, which entails paying £12.95 a month. I was billed as soon as I had signed up and expected the next payment to be the 22nd of this month. However the other day I found that £107.40 had been taken from my account on the friday gone, I assumed that my card had been cloned but when I rang the bank they confirmed that it had been taken by ancestry. |
