Hi I am trying to order my grandmothers birth certificate and have recieved an application form from GRO Ireland. On the application form the sections that must be completed i cant answer. Does anyone know what i can do. I only know her DOB and full name and sort of where she was from but the application form wants address of place of birth and Mothers Surname. My Gran has now passed away so i cant ask her. |

There shouldn't be a problem, we ordered the birth cert for my wife's grandad with only his name and dob. |
