if you check the 1911 census, there is a Jane Hannah Wintrip in the same house as William Wintrip. They live in Durham. It gives Jane's birth year as 1876. |

The GRO isn't the only place one can buy an m.cert - one can also buy it from the local registrar, or whoever now holds this Chester le Street register (i.e., Sunderland rego office). Some local registrars have their indices (partially) online - see: |
