Hello. It's probably a really obvious answer but what does 'Keep Child' mean on a census return? I have a census with various family members; Head, Wife, Dau, Dau, Son, Son and then 'Keep Child'. A much younger child (aged 1) than the others and with a different surname to the rest of the family. Am I right in thinking he's a foster child?? |
