Can anyone please help!! I joined Ancestry.com.uk on the 15th june 09. They took the payment out of my account the same day, but i cant access the info i have paid for. I have tried to ring them, (I live in Ireland ) they give a number for ringing out of the UK , But unobtainable . |

Did they send you an email confirming your membership - if so you may be able to get onsite through that email. Irene |

Hi Thanks for your replies, Sorry i did mean Ancestry.co.uk I made a mistake. No they did not send any confirmation at all, but took the Payment. I have sent an email to them, but no reply as yet. |

If I remember correctly, you will not get a confirmation email from them. You simply log in with the name and password that you used when you subscribed. |
