Kate, yes I know, today I have nbeen catching up with a few from early February, as you say, all of which require a bit of thought and research before answering. |

You've got a point there, Brinsley. I must admit, this week, I am about three days behind myself - I've still got two or three e-mails outstanding that I've got to answer - but I have been so busy doing one thing and another (normally I have empty weekends but last weekend and this weekend are busy for me, for a change) that I haven't had time to sit down and answer them properly. (Most of them being e-mails that need something more than a quick reply so I don't want to rush the answers.) |

If I don't get a reply I always send a follow up about a week later, politley checking if they have received everything ok. |

I always hold back the photos and certificates until I know that the info. is appreciated. I've learnt my lesson. |

I should have learnt by now - sent a page of painstaking and slow research to a contact. How much effort does it take to click on reply and say "thanks" and maybe even "great research"? |
