You could send off for the birth cert if it is over 50 years ago. If it's less than 50 years you will need date of birth, parents' names etc. But otherwise, send off for it. It should, as Janet said, show mother's normal address at the time of the birth. |

If she was the informant of the births she had to give her normal residence. So long as she didn't lie that would give you an address to look for on the electoral roll |
