David, if you live near London they are held at the British Library. I have been a few times and sometimes you need to order them as they are stored off-site so it's best to call or look on their website. |

You can try contacting the main public library for the relevant area........as long as you know the address of the people you are researching. |

Im wondering if there is any where i can get old electroll rolls from or do i have to travel to the area to find them? |
