I can't find the marriage cert of my Gt Grandparents, Kate Coppard Newman & James Lee Marmont. Their son was born 1884 & on his birth cert it states "mothers name" Kate Marmont nee Newman so I assume they did get married. I have searched Free BMD but nothing. No problem finding James's 2nd & 3rd marriages. I would appreciate any help. Thanks |

Just because the children's birth certificate states the mother's name as Kate Marmont nee Newman doesn't neccessarily mean the parents were married. |
