It wouldn't make any difference if you charged. The stone is in a public place so you are entitled to take a photo, and once taken the image is yours and not copyrighted by anyone, so if you want to charge for a copy you can, but you don't have to charge. |

I am interested in taking a digital image of one of my ancestor's gravestones, if I did would I be infringing any copyright or any land laws? |
