It may be worth you contacting the W'ton archives, they may cover shifnal electoral rolls for that period. Tel: 01902 552480. They are very helpful, so may be able to tell you where they are held. |

Universal franchise for men over 21 and women over 31 didn't come in until after the first world war, so unless you are looking for a land owner, it is possible that they did not have the vote until after 1919. |

You cant do it online. And remember only householders were listed, not the whole family. Try your local records office. |
