It certain appears that Emily could be Harriet. Odd that she's Emily on in 1891 too. There are no Emilys born that fit. |

Googling for Moss Street Bethnal Green brings up a mention in the Charles Booth survey and a brief mention in the British History Online site, describing the post-war redevelopment in the 1940s and 50s. |
