Hi - Until today I have been a "free" member of GR. This week I received a really lovely message from my my real half-sister who I've never met (I was adopted) and I fired a friendly response off straightaway. However, I'm not sure if it was actually sent - it says that you have to be a Standard Member to send messages, and I wasn't, although it appeared in my "Sent messages" folder. I've now upgraded to Standard Membership and was wondering if I should re-send the message, but I don't want to hassle the poor girl if it has already been sent (she hasn't got back to me yet, but that could be for any number of reasons of course). many thanks |

You can reply to a paid up member who has sent you a message first, but you cant initiate a new contact. As it is in your sent messages then it has been sent. |
